Our marketing strategy goals are simple; the more views your home gets, means more showings.  More showings mean more offers and more offers mean more money.  The marketing plan for your home may include things like professional videography and photography, target direct mail, social and digital advertising, print advertising, in home and online marketing materials, email marketing and open houses.  After our initial consultation we will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for your home and execute the strategy with precision.
