From Offer to Closing
This is where experience really pays off! From creating the terms of the offer agreement to negotiating the contract on your new home, we work hard on your behalf. Once the contract is signed we will work to get all contingencies met to your satisfaction prior to closing so that the exchange of keys is a wonderfully happy time!
